The Island Pearl Accommodations Owner's Villa is a 1600 sq. ft. Master House located on the second floor of the main building with a very large terrace overlooking the entire resort, West Baby beach front, and beautiful Caribbean Sea. Designed in bold jewel tones, the expanse of the open space is perfect for preparing and serving a meal, family gatherings, and games on the tables. And that's just inside...the incredible terrace offers a great space for a variety of activities.

Amenities: This is a spacious living area with a modern kitchen, bar, two designer sofas (one being a sofa bed ) and local hand carved. furnishings. There are two bedrooms with A/C, a queen bed and a private bathroom. Sleeps 5 Comfortably.
Rates: $270 per night, based on double occupancy. $10 for each additional guest, with a maximum occupancy of 5. There is plenty of space for a small child as well. 16% tax not included.

Notice of cancellation given prior to 30 days before your arrival will result in a full refund excluding a $50 service fee. Cancellation within 30 days but prior to 7 days before your arrival will be credited for your use with a 1 year expiration limit excluding a $50 service fee. This credit can be transferred to another party. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival, we cannot refund or credit your payment. |
