The Vintage Pearl Wine Cellar has the largest collection of international wines on Roatan Island. They vary from well known Tuscany wines to Cakebread Cabernet from California, Pouilly Fuisse from France, Brancott Pinot Noir from New Zeland, Banfi Classico Chianti from Italy, Penfolds Bin 128 from Australia and Selbach Oster Riesling from Germany.

Reservations are recommended for a relaxing evening, so enjoy your experience as you savor your way through a three course meal. The menu changes daily so that we can serve you the freshest possible seafood and other delicacies.

Featured items are USDA Grade A Filet topped with gorgonzola cheese and finished with a cognac demi glace. Or try the Marinated Duck Breast, grilled and finished with a Gran Marnier Demi Glace. We also serve the freshest seafood available. Try the Blackened Wahoo with a fresh watermelon salsa or perhaps the Shrimp and Scallop St. Jacque with imported sea scallops and local shrimp sauteed in a garlic cream sauce finished with a white truffle oil. If Lobster is your favorite, then you will enjoy the Lobster stuffed with shrimp and King Crab.
With the menu changing daily, you can plan to dine at RoatanVintage Pearl several times during your stay. The atmosphere of the evening is enhanced with light music or guest musicians on a variety of nights.
