To start, the chef proposes homemade pates, delicious salty tarts, green salads with a mix of fresh fruit and vegetables…etc.

 

Next, one of our specialties, the choice proves difficult; Lobster flambéed in whisky with a whisky sauce, Shrimps dressed in zucchini with tarragon butter, Yellow tail filet with "Pascal's" red sauce, (a coulis of sweet red peppers, fish and lobster aroma…) Pork filet mignon with a tropical sauce…etc.

 

You must not leave Roatan without savoring our Ocean Fondue (different choices of fish and seafood that you dunk in a lobster and fish aroma…) delicious and fun!

 

To finish, our pastries and creams will leave you full and satisfied.

 

All this is accompanied by our fine list of French wines conserved in our own wine cellar and music...
